What is the status of my order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
We know how important it is to receive your order quickly so we do our best to ship orders as fast as possible. Once you placed your order, we begin to process it immediately and any requests to change or cancel an order require contacting a customer service representative. Contact us immediately and we will attempt to accommodate your request based on the status of your order.
Why was my payment declined?
A transaction can be declined for numerous reasons. Some of the most common reasons are entering the credit card information (number, expiration or AVS code) incorrectly, entering the wrong billing address or not having enough funds in the account.
If your card is declined please try the following:
Re-enter the credit card information
Check your billing address, if it is different from your shipping address please update it.
Try a different card.
If the same card is declined multiple times please contact the issuing bank to confirm the billing address entered is exactly as it appears on your card statement.
Please Note: Each transaction attempt that is declined could put a pending transaction on your account. These are pending holds your bank places on your account, they are not charges from us. They will be released by your bank in 2-5 business days. You may want to consult your bank before attempting another order.
I haven't received my order!
There’s a few things you can do if your order hasn’t shown up!
Check our Order Tracker to see if the post office may have held the item, or if delivery was delayed.
If your order shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact with our service representative.
My address is wrong! How can I change my shipping address?
As we process orders quickly, we have a limited amount of time to make any changes to your order. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on the status of your order.
My order shows delivered but I did not receive my package!
Since your tracking information shows that your package was delivered on a specific date, we suggest allowing your local PO to drop off your package within 48 hours from said date (In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival).
Please Note: Some carriers may deliver until 10 pm.
While waiting for 48 hrs, we recommend doing the following:
Verify the shipping address in your Order Confirmation email.
Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
Look around the delivery location for your package.
See if someone else accepted the delivery unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so. Also, check with everyone at your address, as another person there may have received or retrieved the item. We deliver to the address and not to the name on the item.
Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
Also, not all addresses get deliveries directly to their doors. If you have a community mailbox or an apartment mailbox please check for your item there – and check the box for a key to the parcel compartment/locker.
